  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: ½ tsp maple syrup or a few drops of monk fruit for sweetness,

  • ¼ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or sliced strawberries).

  1. In a small jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweetener (if using).

  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
